Kazakhstan approved regulations on November 22, 2011 that required pictorial health warnings on all tobacco packages. Effective July 2013, tobacco packages were required to have a health warning cover 40% of the front and back of the package. Twelve warning images are rotated on packs.

Kazakhstan requires a toxic emission message for the side panel.
