| | Summary:Mexico's health warnings policy came into effect in 2009. Health warnings are required to cover 30% of the front and 100% of the back of all cigarette packages, meaning 65% of the overall package space is appropriated to health warnings. Eight warnings are rotated on cigarette packages. Mexico also requires that each cigarette package carry on of 8 side panel messages that corresponds to a particular front/back health warning message. |
