| Summary: Peru implemented regulations for picture-based health warnings in February, 2008. Cigarette packages are required to display picture warnings covering 50% of the back of all packages. This means 25% of the overall package space is appropriated to health warnings. A set of 11 health warnings are rotated on cigarette packages. |
