Summary:  In December 2009, Turkey finalized legislation that will require all cigarette packs to carry a pictorial health warning by July 2010. Fourteen health warnings will be rotated on cigarette packages, and are required to cover 65% of the front of packages, meaning 32.5% of overall package space will be appropriated to health warnings.
