Paraguay

Paraguay implemented regulations for picture-based health warnings in April, 2010. By April, 2012, cigarette packages will be required to display picture warnings covering 60% of both the front and back of all packages. This means 60% of the overall package space is appropriated to health warnings. A set of 4 health warnings are rotated on cigarette packages.
